i ordered a new AMDx2 4200+ cpu.....and i am Overclocking it to 219 mhz and speed is 2.4 GHZ and my temperature is 32 idle and at load with both cores running prime 95 100% it reaches 43 to 45 max..i am using the stock heatsink and using 4 fans...+ a little case modding my V core is 1.35-1.37....is this ok..or is the temperature normal...how far can i go...to improve my performance...and how much....should i watch out for the temps..........

THOSE TEMPS ARE BLOODY LOVELY. max appears to be 60 degrees but i wouldnt want to get that far!!

same temps as my single core. So Id say your good. Course I got venice which just has one faulty core switchd off. Maybe not the best compairison.

im at 2.5 with zalman 9500 and mine get to 53c full 100% load. i guess its hotter where i am. im at 2.5 my memory is on a 166 divider runnin at 416mhz now. i wanna try 2.6

Get rid of that A8N32 and your temps would improve. I had one...for three days. They run way too hot. 53c and I would be freaking out. I've never seen 40c on my 4400+ @ 2.6. Water is a wonderful thing.

yea i kno the m/b WAS UP TO 60C FULL LOAD B4 SOME MODIFICATIONS SO ITS 47 Ide and 51 load better sorry 4 yellin i didnt kno my caps were on
