In CPUZ my clock speed vary's... 2400.6 2400.7 2400.8
no matter what speed I set my OC at (even stock) it vary's by .1 up or down from what it's set at...

is this normal?

I've tried changing voltages.. doesn't seem to help...

and no matter what I do.. my cpu voltage vary's from 1.420 - 1.45
I've set it as low as 1.30 and cpuz still says 1.420/1.425...

it's normal it happens on every PC... it's not even 1/10th of a percent fluctuation, silencio.

all clock speed is would be the number of times that the transistors in the processor flick on an off... all there is to it.

Agree, even the heat produced by the processor and the inside of the case can vary the clock IC to some degree...

Physics? Ha! This is clearly magic and devilry at work. Prepare firewood! We have witches to burn!
