Hey I just finished step 5 to complete my RMA process and I have not received an email telling me where to ship my processor. And when I login to my account on AMD I see a registered product (my cpu) but I don't see anything that says I have submitted and RMA request. What should I do? Should I try submitting the RMA request again?

i would wait a day or 2 and if you dont get any reply, then call AMD up and follow up on it.

If you used firefox to fill out the form I would redo the request but use IE. AMD confirmed with me on the phone a few weeks ago that they know of the firefox form bug.

Personally I still prefer calling any group, and you can do this first thing in the morning probably (well depending on your location).

That contains the telephone directory and yes AMD will process an RMA over the phone.
