I'm using the download package currently on the website (AMD Athlon™ 64/FX Processor Driver for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 Version (x86 and x64 exe) 1.3.2.16) that I'm assuming is the most up to date package for my processor. However, every time I play Final Fantasy XI I eventually (not at start up, but randomly) get the infamous Blue Screen of death, and a message saying IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and a bunch of crap.

Does anyone know where I can find a 2800+ AMD Athlon 64 driver that's not on the website? I need something else, apparently.

That is the newest driver available. However I do not think that will resolve your issue with the BSOD (blue screen of death), but you never know.
