i just installed a new pc last week,here is the hardware:
cpu: AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego 2000MHz HT Socket 939 Processor Model ADA3700BNBOX
MB: ASUS A8N-E Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard
Video card: SAPPHIRE 100106SR-RD Radeon X850XT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card

but this pc looks like has some problem.

problem 1: download some program from the web but when i run it it crash(i try the same thing in my notebook, it works fine), looks like theres something wrong with the cpu writing down the data(sorry i am newb to pc hardware)

problem2: sometime my pc can only show 1/2 of pic from the internet, another 1/2 of the pic just mess up

problem3: when i use install verson bittorret software to download file my pc will just restart itself.

those problems above are in windows xp(32bit verson), if i use 64bit verson then all those problem will gone.
but i dont like to use 64bit windows(i only tried the trial verson one), my question is my amd cpu have some problem reading 32bit code or what? i have try update or uninstall/install all driver even my MB bios, the problem still there. please help me out, thank you

what about video drivers? have you tried different versions? also, if different versions dont work, try to roll back to default xp video drivers and see if your problem continues.
