Hi guys, my first time in this forum.

I have an athlon XP 64 3500+ socket 939 mounted on a Gigabyte Ga-K8NS-Ultra-939 (model) motherboard with Nforce 3 ultra chipset, graphic card gforce6600gt AGP8x and 1gb DDr Dual Channel PDP memory.
I have Windows XP Proffessional installed on this system.

On my windows everything is fine, until I install a firewall like zonealarm or panda internet security, they just give a blue screen and my windows only allows me to boot in safe mode after that to uninstall the program and then everything is back to normal.

I have tried updating bios to see if I can get through it, but no good news so far.

amd cpus doesnt have problems with firewalls,, its the firewall itself as majmac01 said..
