and downloaded a zip file that is supposed to do the job. in the zip theres an exe and a .bin file. all 288kb in all. what am i supposed to do? open the xe in windows? or put that all on a floppy and boot up with it??

should i use the new beta bios or should i just use the newest stable one?

you have to use a boot disk you can get one from bootdisk.com.....i used dr. dos on my boot disk and then put k871005.exe on it
