WS741GX-36C is a SiS 741GX/964L chipset based motherboard with one onboard soldered socket A AMD Sempron 2500+ CPU.
1750 MHz(10.5x166) is the correct speed for this combo.

It's an scam, they buy OEM CPUs, solder them directly onto the motherboard, rewrite the BIOS lookup table so it says a different model, slap on a sub-standard heatsink (that is bolted to the motherboard), and ship them out.

My advice, return it and get a separate board and CPU.

If you paid a price thinking it was an A64 3600+ then maybe you can try return it (afaik there is no 3600+ proc) The "Pro" naming is a just to blow smoke in the eyes. These Pro combos goes cheap as all manufacturing costs are kept to a minimum.
