hi im new to this forum and need a little help

ive got x2 64 athalon 5000+ asus crosshair motherboard with 1gb of dane elec memory

i downloaded updated processor drivers and also the optermiser installed them but the optermiser doesent come up on my taskbar which it says that it should in the readme im uoing xp pro x64 if thats any help. does this optermiser work or have i installed it wrong .


Please help

it might say it comes up on the task bar. but it doesn't. don't worry about it.

basicly it means that in some older program's, it will help run better with duel core. it will not effect all programs. like when i run Bf1942, i get major hangups on a 3800 duel core. but with the optimiser in, it works (almost, although that is not the fault of processor/optimisers) fine.
