Make sure you set 'Performance Mode' to 'Auto' in in BIOS(you can find this setting in Advanced -> JumperFree Configuration).

Well do not feel bad does not work here either, It works on XP but the board sets of a Siren when enabled in BIOS you can boot to OS and all seems fine other than Bleeping non stop and no overheating or fan issues I think something is realy messed up....
