is anyone else having this problem (and i know my PSU is capable...)

i have a TTGI SF-550SS (550W) psu and on my last system it ran every voltage to withing .01 of its specified values ie. 3.3 was 3.29-3.31 NOW on my A64 rig my voltages are WAAAY offf my 12V is at like 11.5-11.3 and my 3.3 is at 3.0 almost always, and the 5v is @ 5V.

is anyone else having this problem on their neo2? cuz this is kind of funky....
