i was playing freelancer this morning untill i started getting warning messages sayin that there was insufficient power to my graphics card, weird thing is i not touched my machine since i reinstalled windows and this is the first time i seen this message, altho i did install the new drivers for the 64bit cpu's and enabled cool&quiet, altho when i wanna play a game i change power settings from minimal to home/office, but i forgot this morning, so could this error message be a result of the cool&quiet still beeing enabled?

I know that this isn't much of a response, but it just strikes me as comical that a PC decides to inform the user that there is insufficient power to the graphics card by drawing a error message on the screen.
