For an Athlon XP? Depends.. how much are you willing to pay?

~$15: Spire FalconRock II with Arctic Silver Ceramique. (
~$30: Thermalright ALX-800 with Panaflo H1B and Arctic Silver Ceramique (NewEgg, get H1A at
~$50: Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu with Arctic Silver Ceramique (NewEgg) or Thermalright SLK-900A with Panaflo M1B/H1B (H1B's better but louder) and Arctic Silver Ceramique (Jab-Tech)

You can also replace Arctic Silver Ceramique with Arctic Silver 5, I just prefer Ceramique because the difference is tiny and Ceramique is cheaper.

DEC Pentium X2 5200+ w/ HyperCache (Ezra core)
Asus M7NCD-MAX3 (OPTi Vendetta 82C760)
6x Generic 32MB PC2700 RDRAM (50ns SIMMs)
2x nVidia Millennium X1800 Duo (SLI mode)
12x (daisy-chained) Quantum Medalist 180GXP (w/ separate SCSI-1 adapter)
