Kraven Member Posts: 30 Joined: 05/24/2004	Hey i just got an AMd XP 2800 on a Shuttle AN35 Ultra MB. Running a FX 5200 at 128 mb and 512mb DDR Ram in a caseedge diabolic minataur case with 400w ps and one 120 fan. The prob i am having is it is showing as a AMD 2500 running at like 1.8 ghz which i believe my 2800 should run at like 2.28 ghz. PowerPlant05 Senior Member Posts: 284 Joined: 01/14/2004	With your fsb frequency set to 166mhz and Vcore to 12.5 it should be reading it as a 2800+ but unfortunately sounds like you may have goten the wrong processor. Kraven Member Posts: 30 Joined: 05/24/2004	I actually have a 2500+. The store accidentally put in the 2500 instead of the 2800 whicvh is no big deal. There is only .2 mhz difference.
