my muliplier is stuck at 14x166 i need 11x 200 the procesor is only reading as 100mhz or 166mhz i am running 400ddr ram i have a 400mhz board everything i have is 400mhz fsb but my proc is reading 166mhz i can over clock it too 2.4 but is aready over clocked at 2.336ghz @14 x 166 i need this changed too 200mhz x 11 my temp is 51 celceuis so i do not have a heat prob what can i do please help

Usually, you can just set your FSB(aka 'CPU External clock' to 200MHz in BIOS - in addition to that, some motherboards may require you to set a jumper for the appropriate FSB frequency - refer to your manual for details.

What motherboard do you have anyways?

i fixed the problem it was a bad proc. amd got me a new one and it works @ 200 mhz fsb now i want to over clock it so can any one one help me with this one if go over 2.4 it locks up

First off, please be aware that overclocking will void your warranty...
2.4GHz is a pretty good overclock for a normal desktop-part with aircooling - what Heatsink & Fan are you using?
