kiniki Junior Member Posts: 1 Joined: 06/06/2004	I have a Albatron KM18G Pro Motherboard and I am looking to upgrade the processor in the near future. Wondering what are the fastest processors that I will be able to put in. I read a few spec off the net but they really don't mean all that much to me. Its apparently Barton ready.... if that helps???..... still learning this stuff!

parsifal Senior Member Posts: 1460 Joined: 05/07/2004	The fatest processors are the AMD 64 series so to make them run i suggest the ASUS SK8N or ASUS SK8V. As far as XP series are concerned, i'll say the ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe. That is only my suggestions, wait for others.

tbfSaint Junior Member Posts: 9 Joined: 06/06/2004	did a quick seach on your motherboard, there are some stats out there regarding the AMD 3000 XP, looks good.... not sure if thats what your after, either way GL finding it.
