If you're refering to the 25W Low-power Athlon XP-M 2100+, model 10('Barton ', 512KB L2-cache), it's clocked at 1.60GHz.
Also, as far as i know, this part is only available with a µPGA package(563-pin) which will NOT fit in a normal Socket A motherboard.
