Im woundering what the normal vcore for an Athlon 3200+ as my motherboard is giving me 1.64V and im wounderiing what the normal vcore voltage should be.

Could someone help me out with some information, thanks.

Thats fine, as long as you don't have any stability issues then everything is ok.
