ok i have an Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe, and Barton AMD Athlon XP 2800+, I live in Egypt, so it is kinda hot here in the summer time, about 40 celsius or something, when I run the system, the temperature at the BIOS stated as 53 celsius for the CPU, so i kinda worried about it, I replaced the stock Fan/Heatsink with another one(what should be a better one), which runs at slower RPM than the stock, but it dropped out the temp. from 53 to 47, is 47 degrees is good or bad ??? the system is brand new, so it still very clean, and yes i put out heat gel before i install the newer Fan/heatsink...!! my Case is Equipped with 4 fans, 2 to blow off the air, and 2 to suck air, and their alignment is the one at the top is to blow the air, another one next to the processor to suck in some air for it, then the other two, are just over the Video Card (ATi Radeon 9800 Pro), where one is sucking, and the other is blowing off (the air should be passing over the Radeon Core, and the MCP), it is Equipped with 2x256 DDRam Spectek 3200 (bus 400)..
thanks..!!

Temperature under 55C° is considered normal, even up to 60C°. More than that is somewhat worrying... If your computer is stable (Doesn't crash randomly for no reason), then the Processor should be fine and you have not to worry.

As the user said above me - that temp is fine. The max working temp for your processor is 75 degrees so its nothing to worry about.
