I have at present an A7V880 board and am running a 2600 chip

How do you overclock it. How much voltage and what multipliers and freq.

What improvement will I get by going with a 3200 chip

There you will find the basic concept of OC, if thats not enough just type Overclock in Google. 3200+ should be good for 15-25% performance increase. Remember you will need some PC-3200 memory.
