Is my CPU & Motherbord 64 BIT capable and ready for a 64bit operating system?

I forgot to say what chipsets my mobo has.

here it is:

North Bridge: AMD RS780/RS880 North Bridge: AMD K10 IMC

South Bridge: AMD SB750.

My mobo's CPU socket is AMD3.
