Hello,

I am using Athlon II x4 640 with stock cooler and thermal paste and I have started to get some high temps. (idle - 48, load - 69c)

The case ventilation is OK and everything runs @ stock speed. Do you have any suggestions?

Seems a bit high, I have the same processor which I just recently installed and idle is 30 with a load 41, case temp 22. Whats your case temp?
I would also check that the heatsink is situated correctly.
