As identified by CPU INFORMATION Utility...

AMD Athlon™ XP 2800+
AUthenticAMD
Speed: 2075 MHz
L1 Data Cache: 64KB
L1 Inst Cache: 64 KB
L2 Cache: 512KB
Family.Model.Step: 6.10.0
MMX: Yes
Extended MMX: Yes
3DNow!™: Yes
Extended 3DNow™: Yes

Now the trippy part...
I have tried to install AMDdrvpk_130 and AMDPowernowver3.04. Neither will install, keep recieving the same message...Setup failed to find any AMD components required in this installation. Setup cannot continue.
My BIOS and OS both reconize the processor correctly...what gives??

Welcome to the Forums!

Sorry, but that is only for boards with AMD chipsets. That is why it is giving you that error message of "Setup failed to find any AMD components required in this installation. Setup cannot continue." And POWER NOW! is only found on mobile CPUs.

Hope this helps.
