Overclocking it will depend on the rest of your system. Give more details and maybe someone can help.
Also do you know if your CPU is unlocked? If it has a locked mulitplier of 12.5, it'll be difficult to run the FSB at 200 as that would be 2.5GHz. If it's unlocked then 200MHz times 11 or 11.5 may be doable. (I'm assuming your system CAN run at FSB200/400.) If you bought the processor in 2003 there's a good chance it's unlocked. 2004 or later - odds are it's locked.
