I have an Athlon XP2200 that was purchased retail with the stock AMD heatsink and fan. Its working great but the fan is getting a little noisy now and there is still over a year warranty on it. I've been looking around at AMD recommended heatsink/fans but cant seem to find any locally that match the exact ones that AMD say to use. I found a tool on the AMD website to match this up to my cpu.

Anyway a friend offered me a Thermaltake Volcano 9, coolermaster aero (new), or a new speeze. They all look much heftier than the ones that are recommended but I dont want to take any chances with my warranty. I already have the phase-change pad needed. Is using any of the above meaning that I have voided my warranty?
