From what I can tell it doesn't seem like you have many options as far as upgrades are concerned. IF you are lucky you might be able to get a 1.4 Thunderbird to work in that board, but that is an IF at that. Your hard drives seem fine to me. As for your graphics, that could use some work. Although I wouldn't recommend going to overboard as your CPU would drastically limit its capability. A 9200 would be in order.
