Can any one tell the cache miss rate for Barton 1.83 GHz (both L1 and L2) ?

Is there any way that I can explcitly generate a cache miss ? ie I know one can use special instructions in a program to do that .. is there any way to do it in C, C++ without resorting to ASM ?
