Hi there,
I would like to know if it is ok to mount the xp 2000+ or xp2100+ processor on my mainboard DFI AD70-sc , I have looked in the recommended motherboards for processors section and the limit is stated as the xp1800+,
however the bios updete for my mainboard states that there is support for the 2100+, has any body got this setup or knows if it works, cheers phil.

Your board will support upto xp2600+ with 266mhz fsb, but these are very rare so it would probably be xp2400+ which runs at 2.0ghz. Your xp2100+ runs at 1.733ghz so no problem
