Looking for some info. concerning fsb 400 pc3200 ram. REcently purchased a 1 one gig bar and would like to make it work in my system. I'm currently running an althlon 1.3 ghz thunderbird cpu with 512 meg of ram(I believe they are pc2700). These are installed on a mci k7n2 delta motherboard with the nvidia nforce 2 chipset. Is there a way to make the 1 gig bar work, or do i have to get a 400 fsb cpu, which are hard to find in my price range?! Thanks in advance

The 400 will work, you could use 400Pc3200 on a system that needed 200Pc2100 so it will work.

Just make sure your Dram/FSB ratio is 1:1

if u install it with the 2700 module, they will run at the speed of the lowest module.. ie: 2700..
