I have a Athlon XP2100+ 266MHZModel 8 bought by mistake sometime back . I am looking to buy the Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2 which AMD says is OK but notes that it requires ECN-360165. Want to use with 1 stick of 512Mb PC3200 DDR Ram initially and a new 8x graphics card. May upgrade later to 3.0gig + later. My questions are has anyone used this CPU with this board and what does the ECN-360165 mean. Thx

I don't know whatever 'ECN-360165' means, but i can assure you that your AXP 2100+ T-Bred(model 8) will run flawlessly on that mobo
