??? If so, I think I might pick one up. This KT4 is nice, but I just can't overclock well. The highest FSB I've achieved is 175.

nf2 boards are already below 100.00 in some cases...you'll have to wait, though, until the new stuff pervades the market before you'll see any commodity pricing on older mainboards.

cheers,

dave

I don't mind if it's a month or two, but I'd like to actually USE my Corsair XMS 3200C2 at full speed and higher.

I spent the extra cash on the ram, and I don't normally go higher than 166.

I bought my 8RDA+ for $79 and have seen other boards (like Biostar) for about $60

The only ones I would consider buying are the Abit NF7-S or the Asus A7N8X Delux. They seem to have the best features, have soundstorm, and overclock like crazy. Wish they were under 100 bucks, though.

the 8RDA+ has the MCP-T (but if you want digital out you have to buy it separately or build one yourself) and overclocks very well. Seems like most 2.X users can get 220~230MHz and some even higher. I just started pushing the FSB and I'm at 220 with the default VDD
