ive already overclocke my AMD 2800+ to 2255 mhz with a fsb of 180 mhz and a bus speed of 380 mhz and a cpu multiplier of 12.5

ive tried to increace my fsb speed to 181. this works fine until i get the the desktop and just crashes

how do i fix this?

it means your system is getting unstable from the overclocking. What memory do you have? specs?
