Similar question as 'AngelLaHash'..... I have the kt333 chipset (runs 333 DDR) but is rated for processors designed for the "266fsb".
Can I run processors designated for "333fsb", understanding that the resulting speed will be lower due to the 133mhz setting???

(I would try overclocking later to see how high it might go!!

I'm looking for any concerns of voltage compatability stc, or is it just a speed rating issue???

I currently run my 2000+ at 2100+ by overclocking in bios.

It's just a speed issue.
Only if you have a really old board, which doesn't support a thoroughbred at all, your cpu might get a vcore that is too high.

Thanks for the reply, I just might see how far the old Gigabyte can clock one!?!?!
