Your FSB(FrontSide Bus, aka 'System Bus' aka 'CPU External clock'

is running at 100MHz instead of 166MHz.

Make sure your FSB('CPU External clock'

is set to 166MHz both in BIOS and via jumper on your motherboard(if there is a jumper for setting FSB - refer to your manual for details).
Also, make sure your memory is set to '100%'/'synch' or 166MHz(DDR333) - memory timings should be set to 'by SPD'.
