Did you check the BIOS settings?

Make sure the FSB is set at 166 and the multiplier is set at 13. That will give the the correct speed of 2.167 Ghz.

Now it's 1.08gHZ. This is weird. Why is it going so f***ing slow?

Doing the math, it looks like, it's running it at total 166, not 166 DDR, so set the FSB to 333, if it has the option, and it should be good to go.

I did what you said and it wouldn't start up. Anyways I fixed that and reset to 166 and 13, just like you said earlier, and now it reads it at 2.17 gHz. So I don't know what happened. But thanks for all the help.

Just out of curiousity: How do you set the FSB and multiplier settings? What are appropriate for a Biostar M7cnd motherboard? Thanks, and if you could PM me with any answers. Oh, and this is for the PC I'm building, stats will be below. Suggestions very welcome.
