My specs is
AMD3200+, kingston 512mb ddr ram 333mhz,
albatron kx 600 pro mother board, power output 400volts.

It looks to me, from reading that review, that you have made a very good choice in a motherboard for overclocking.
However, your choice of memory leaves a lot to be desired.
You are using DDR333 (which is 'rated' for 166 MHz), with a 200MHz/400DDR processor (your XP 3200+ runs at 200MHz in 'stock' form)
From the review, I picked out this little gem...QUOTE During our tests, we lowered the CPU multiplier and raised the FSB with the DRAM at 1:1 and managed over 267MHz FSB without a problem.
Judging from that, if you hope to get the most out of your board / CPU combination, then you are going to need much better memory... like PC4200 = DDR533 = 266Mhz as a minimum.

Read the article that I link to above, page 3 in particular, and then come back with questions, Okay?

Do you know whether your XP 3200+ is 'Super-locked' or not?
Anything made after '03/40th week is 'Super-locked'
