I don't have any personal experience with TT's Silent Boost, but i believe it's a pretty decent cooler and not too loud either...(you can find a review here

If money is not an issue, you might want to consider a heatsink from Thermalright's SLK-9xx-series and a nice, silent 92mm fan(like a Vantec stealth for example) to go with it
Zalman's CNPS7000Cu might be an option aswell - it's very silent, pretty powerful and can be used on both Socket A and Socket 754(if you decide to upgrade to an A64-system) - it's very heavy, tho(over 700g).
