I have a processor AMD Athlon XP 2200+ with a motherboard Asus A7N8X-X, revision 1009, Ati Radeon 9000 and running Windows XP SP1. The problem is that the computer crashes each time I play any game, it doen't matter which game is. I have tried to reduce the cpu speed, but the problem persists. At the beginning I tought the problem was that the cpu has no termal paste, but reducing the cpu speed I think that the problem should be another one.
I would like you to tell me, if possible, the right settings for this hardware, taking i account that my actual settings are:

Advanced bios
> features: boot virus detection: disabled cpu level 1 cache: enabled cpu
> level 2 cache: enabled quick power on self test: enabled first boot
> device: floppy 2nd boot device: hdd0 3rd boot device: cdrom boot other
