Standard(default) settings for the AXP 2800+ are 166MHz FSB, x12.5 multiplier, 1.65V Vcore(CPU-Voltage)...your mobo should automatically detect this, so don't worry about it if you're not OCin. Make sure you run the RAM synchronously with the FSB(set to 'synch' or '100%' in BIOS), even if this means 'underclocking' the RAM when running the CPU at stock FSB. On a NForce2 mobo(such as yours) you will loose performance when running asynch.
For OCin, lower the multiplier and raise the FSB as high as it will go stable(use like 1MHz-increments when raising FSB). Make sure you watch your temps closely when OCing...your cpu-temp shouldn't go beyond 60°C for everyday use. 200MHz FSB would be a nice start(but do lower the multi - to x10.0 or something for a start- and go there slowly...don't just set the FSB to 200MHz) oh yeah...and Overclocking does void your warranty...so if you fry the chip don't try to RMA it
