I have a Asus a7v133 motherboard and a 1400 cpu here all of a sudden it just started turning itself off and the power led blinks on and off. I replaced cpu fan with another AMD certified factory fan running at 5230 rpm, and cpu 125 degrees f. have cleared cmos but no avail does anyone have any suggestions ? The system has been up and running fine since march 30 2002.

it could be a faulty power supply unit. The 1.4GHz Athlon drew alot of electricity for its day, it may be that your PSU has just had it.
