My New AMD Athlon XP3000+ Socket A CPU Barton Core 333FSB with Chaintech 7NJL6 Socket A Motherboard reboots a few times ONLY WHEN IT IS COLD. (ie: if it hasn't been on for 1 hr) Will reboot a few times anywhere from initial Bios Display throught till after Windows has started (am worried Windows might get corrupted)

I can runn it for days and it never reboots or I can do a shutdown, and start it up again (HOT) and it boots up fine.

I have a 400 watt power supply - (so I don't think that should be a problem) I am running 2 HDDs and 2 DVD/CDRom Drives.

Any Ideas ? or suggestions for Diags ?

Well it does sound like the power supply. I guess next time it's cold you could disconnect the drives and see if it still reboots during POST. Or better yet try a different PSU.
