I've searched the Forum with no luck, else it's a cryptic search.
Purchased my processor from Mwave at Christmas.
It just failed.
Mwave does not RMA or warranty products and refers customer problems directly to manufacturer, in this case AMD.
AMD web site instructions for RMA are non existant and boggus. Telephone numbers are incorrect. The main number in Phoenix is connected to an answering machine; not a call director; leave a message only.
So, How does one get technial service from AMD? Particularly for an RAM?
