Average life span of a cpu is 10 to 20 yr's, The easy overclock you did probably didn't take a year off that as long as it remains cool, Your ram is supposed to run at that speed and your motherboard was also made for it. So I think your alright, unless you were shooting for 21 yrs
Yes it is normal for the temps to rise just a little as long as you didn't have to raise your voltage too much. My 1800+ runs at 36°c idle at 2496mhz at 1.80v, (just under a 1ghz overclock) but thats due to the cooler I'm using, So again your fine.
