Hi everyone,

I'm having a little troubble with my computer. I have an AMD Athlon XP 3200+ and a MSI K7N2 ILSR Delta series mainboard, i'm newbie installing computers but i know that the cpu operates at 2200mhz -it's write in the cpu box and i readed in the internet- and my cpu runs at 1000mhz and the perfomance. I'm install de cpu following the instructions of the manual that comes with the cpu but i don't know if i need to do a special bios configuration in order to my cpu acts like a amd 3200+

Please help me with this,

There is a jumper on your motherboard labled J11; verify there is a jumper on there, and proceed with the BIOS setup.

Under Advanced Chipset Features...

-CPU FSB Clock = 200 MHz
-FSB/AGP Spread Spectrum = Disabled.

Save changes and exit the BIOS.
