Well... I own a Notebook, a Compaq CQ40, which has an AMD Sempron SI-42.

I'm just wandering which should be the correct temperature of the CPU. I always have around 50°C to 60, and if I were to use a higher percentage of it it would rise up to 70°C. Is it OK?

Well Mine's an LE 1300 but it runs at 30°40°C at 2.3GHz.

Don't know if this applies to what you are looking for but here anyway.

Laptop CPUs tend to run hotter and they can also take more heat that corresponding desktop CPUs. If 70'C is at continuous 100% load , I think it is OK.
Spec. mentions 100'C max temp.
