Those are my specs. Ideally i would like a processor that can handle gaming without the processor activity reaching 100%....

For Example: I play a game while running a program called teamspeak3, when i run both my processor activity shoots to 100% but when i close teamspeak it goes down to about 80% and starts to lagg less.

Im planning on upgrading my graphics card too but that can wait.
