Seeing how AMD plans to phase out the Socket A cpu's, does it make sense to buy a sempron, or should I just collect more cash for a 64bit system?

I was thinking of buying the sempron 3100 which doesn't use the socket A system, and which I could upgrade to 64 bit later. But, unfortunately they aren't being marketed in India.

Edit: Does anyone know where I can purchase or get more information on a water cooling system in India?

[content edited] man... a third of the people dont have air cooling and you are talking bout water cooling? lol > you might hav 2 import it n pay about 2x the price
