Some do, some don't It just depends on the cpu itself, no 2 are alike. My sempron 2200 brick walls at 10.5 x 200, and 12 x 166, that is, without a rediculous vcore, and by rediculous, I mean anything over 1.75v. but my 1800+ does 12 x 210 @1.75v
