NOTE: VIA KT333CF, the chipset is rated for 333 bus operation. Sempron MAY work, but I wouldn't say it would work at full 333 bus speed.

This is also a reason, why the CPU is a bit "underclocked". (The Sempron 2300+ runs at 1583MHz, not 1,27GHz)
You should usually not have any problems, to run this CPU, since Sempron CPUs are modified AMD Athlon XP CPUs.
So it does work, but as I said before, not at rated speed, it will also probably be an unknown cpu...
