i know a tad bit about computers im 16 i started building this rig at 15 initially i spent about 200 dollars for my bday on it. i used a old case and cut the side and used plexi to amke a clear sie case. um i have a dvd burner in it 3 ahrd drives a 20 a 80 and a 120 i have 3 80 mm case fans all multi color leds and one 80 mm led fan in my psu (came with old case)(250 w max) ummm i also had an external hd that i cut and put another case fan on it for more of an attraction (lights) and well it sits in the base of the inside of my comp with no hd in it anymore haha. ok anyway so i have a amd sempron 2400+ with a velocity stack a 1/2 inch solid plastic processorfan-80mm fam adapter. this things sick leds adjusters for chaning from 1 2 or 3 leds red green or blue and adjusters for fan speeds. it sits on top of a stock (but nice) heatsink. ok i have but 128 mb of ram and this is all on a asrock k7vm3 motherboard. i overclocked the processer to 2.4 it was unstable so i lowered it to 2.1 and well i want more. iv tried playing with the multiplier and all the bios features(which is how i oc it in the firstplace) and i used the caps on the mobo and well all i can get is 2.1. i hear dof bridging gaps on the l5 but i dont wanna settle for 2.3 i can do that with the bios i want a lil more umph ...and i want to knwo if my system should be adjusted as voltages..im using speed fan and crystal cpu id ...speed fan says temp 1 is 29 c and temp 2 is 41 c and hd 1 is 29 and hd 2 an 2 is at 3064 rpms
says the 3.3 is at 3.33 +5 is at 4.95 the +12 is at 11.55 -12 is at 0.88 -5 is at 1.99 and the v bat is at 0.0

Try an overclocking forum if you want to squeeze the most out of your machine.

http://www.hardforum.com/' ">http://www.hardforum.com/

http://www.overclockersclub.com/' ">http://www.overclockersclub.com/

http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/' ">http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/

Also be careful as overclocking not only will void your warranty but it WILL shorten the lifespan of your processor. Worst case scenario: you overclock it just a little too much, and the darn thing burns itself out. Probably best to stop once you hit a plateau.

Hope all this helps.

No offense, but next time use some paragraphs, that hurt my mind. Maybe you have just hit your pc's max for speed, theirs always a ceiling.
